Accessibility Statement for Suffolk and North East Essex ICS website

This Accessibility statement applies to www.sneeics.org.uk and responsive devices. Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care System is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

This website is run by Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care System. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, which means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings.
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen.
  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software.

Technical specifications

As of 17th August 2023, a Government Service spot assessment found the website to partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA.  Work was carried out in September 2023 with our web developer Greg Clayton to correct the issues and improve found and improve our websites accessibility

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.’

Some of our PDFs and Word documents are essential to providing our services. For example, our Board papers, may not meet accessibility standards as they may not be structured so they’re accessible to a screen reader. This does not meet WCAG 2.1 success criterion 4.1.2

This website was last tested on 17th October 2023. The next test will be on 17th December 2024. The Suffolk and North East Essex ICS website was reviewed by Government Digital Service on 29th August 2023. Some accessibility issues were found and have been rectified.
