“I think you have to see people as individuals, and individuals have different needs and it’s not always about, it might be physical it might be mental. That might cover a whole range of aspects and unless you could put, if you could bring it all, you need to bring all together. So it could be to do with housing, it could be to do with money…particularly at these times. There needs to be programmes and support where people can talk about these things and offered something that will help them. They can get the advice, that they can get the support and there are places they can go, to talk it through to get the help that they need which will help their physical and a mental health. And it is about, to me, it’s about listening.”
