How to get involved
How you can share feedback
There is an opportunity for the public to shape, influence and inform the development of our Integrated Care System (ICS) through their local Healthwatch. They are independent bodies responsible for recording people’s experiences and suggestions about how health and social care services could work differently. They also provide information and signposting to help people understand and find their way through local services.
You can hear about the latest opportunities to influence the work of our ICS by contacting your local Healthwatch.
People also have a broader range of ways to be involved in the commissioning and delivery of local health and care services.
- Feedback systems to tell individual partner organisations, and the local system, where things have gone well, and where they should put right and learn from mistakes.
- Statutory organisations, and many voluntary sector organisations, have formal groups for people who use their services and carers to be involved in the design, planning and delivery of their work.
- Feedback and questions to our ICS: To ask questions, or to let us know what you think about our ICS and local health and care, please use our contact form.
